Order never arrived, terrible customer service

My order never arrived. I reached out to customer service, they say it says delivered. I asked if they can let me know where it was left or provide a delivery picture so I can find it. They ignore me. I reached back out a few days later thinking maybe it wasn’t accurate and was still in transit, and still they ignored me. This place is a scam.
