Backwoods Russian Cream Cigars 10 Packs of 3

I have been ordering this brand of cigars (B.woods Russian Cream) from TG for a long time. This time I had to buy the 3 packs, as the 5 packs were sold out. Disappointing, as the 3 packs are more expensive per unit/cigar than the 5 packs. While there was always an "un-smokeable dud" in the 5 packs, it was usually only one out of every 12-15 cigars.

Since receiving the RC 3 packs, I have had to throw away more than 7 packs (over 21 cigars) that were either completely dried out and un-smokeable, or cracked/broken right out of the package. I have been SERIOUSLY disappointed with this order, as I have had to literally throw things directly in the garbage. None of the packages showed any signs of shipping or packing damage.

I'm not sure who's to blame for all the damaged product, but it's been very frustrating as a consumer. I'm left wondering if I should order again with TG or if so should look somewhere else.

I've always been happy with my orders in the past, but this one has left my with a lot of doubts. Order with caution.
