Big Rock Smooth Pipe Tobacco 16 oz. Pack

Last two orders I received a mix of older and newer style packaged tobacco bags. It appears that the older style packages (without health warning message see attached) contain a much lower quality product. I've been using this tobacco brand for more than 5 years now and the old style packages has been replaced for quite a few years. I am not sure if the manufacturer reversed back to the old style or I'm just getting product from old reserve, but it is definately much lower quality. Because of no retun policy I'm thinking to switching to another supplier.
