Received my order promptly. The tube's are usually in good shape but there are always a few boxes that are crushed. This is why I didn't give it 5 stars. Tobacco General has been our go to place for about 10 years. Only in the past year have we went to another supplier because the item we wanted was out of stock.

Ordered 2 packs, each containing 5 cartons of 200 tubes. One box of tubes was crushed almost beyond salvage. I was able to save them but it was a real pain in the butt (no pun intended).
