The whole transaction went smoothly from finding what I wanted on the web site to making the order. Shipped and received no problems.

I am 100 percent with Zigzag but the packing of the product needs to be restructured with my supplier Tobacco General. I spoke to them about this and suggested they start putting cardboard sheets between the tobacco and the tubes so they don't get crushed but I guess they just ignored it because I usually have at least 2 or 3 boxes crushed. I'm tired of calling to complain and get a credit for the damaged tubes because I did that twice and on the third time they tried to act like I was just trying to get money which I don't think I'm trying to get a $3 or $4 credit lol that's ridiculous. Also it's not the shipping box that's damaged, it's the cartons on the inside from them packing the products the way they do.

Best tubes I've found, great taste, good burn time.
